In 2023, our founders — Vikram and Ananya — were running a sales team of 30 people. They noticed something: their reps spent 70% of their time on WhatsApp, but all their CRM data lived in a separate system. Context was lost, follow-ups were missed, and deals fell through the cracks.
They searched for a solution that combined CRM with WhatsApp natively — not as a clunky integration, but as a core part of the experience. Nothing existed that was built for the Indian market, affordable, and truly WhatsApp-first.
